Model Flex-M Series "Modular" Radio Receiver

This is Enrange's most versatile wireless receiver. The modular design (similar to a PLC) allows one plant to standardize on one receiver, no matter how big or small the application is. Each essential part of a radio receiver is built into identical modules that need to be mounted in a panel or sealed enclosure for industrial applications. Each module is connected by a side connector to make up a system. The first module or the brains of the system is the RF/CPU module, next is the power module, then we add how many output (relay or other) or input modules that is needed for the application. LED lights provide diagnostics for each individual module. Each module has up to four removable connectors for easy wiring and replacement of any worn modules.

Model 500R Receiver (DC Crane)

The 500R DC Crane radio receiver was specifically designed to drive 250VDC contactors direct. The custom designed relay card along with a mating arc suppressor provides a direct interface to the existing 250VDC contactors. An intermediate relay panel (IR panel) is not required, eliminating potential problems, like additional wire connections, and eliminating expensive mechanical relays. The 500R is the crane industry's easiest, and cost effective, DC Crane receiver to install and maintain.

Model THR-EXT Radio Receiver

This small compact receiver measures 4.1" x 2.7" x 1.9H"(without antenna). This receiver is typically used for trolley / hoist applications, where mounting space is limited, but with 7 internal relays it can be used for many other applications. Its unique design allows it to be mounted on the outside of an enclosure and in the tightest areas. The sealed diecast aluminum enclosure provides a rugged design for industrial applications.

Model 30R Receiver

Enrange offers a 30R-7 and 30R-12 radio receiver. The 30R-12 is labeled for applications requiring 12 outputs, while the 30R-7 offers seven outputs. The front panel lights and labeling provide easy diagnostics for installation and trouble shooting. The 30R lableing is generic for many industrial applications. These units are small in size and require panel mounting for applciations in industrial environments. The din-rail mounting and removable pluggable connectors allow for quick and easy installation. An optional sealed enclosure can be provided. Typical applicaitons for the 30R are: hopper bins, contact monitors, door opening systems, conveyors, and industrial machine applications.

Crane Radio Remote Control

The CAN-4 receiver makes adding remote control to hydraulically CAN-BUS controlled machinery simple and easy. Enrange's CAN-4 receiver allows you to tap on to most CAN-BUS systems and standard J1939 can-bus systems. Enrange's CAN-6 receiver allows you to tap on to most CAN-bus systems, especially a standard J1939 communication CAN-bus system. It is also is compatible with Parker’s TOC2 IQAN modules. The WIC-2400 is a 2.4Ghz wireless data link for connecting CAN based devices without the need of interconnecting wires. The master and slave modules will be programmed by CAN software or with internal dipswitch settings. A basic system will include one master module, a slave module, and the necessary hardware for installation.
